We provide service for people with cognitive impairment including Alzheimer. This means it has special safeguards for wandering seniors and the caregivers are trained to handle dementia behaviors.
Nightingale House has been accepting Hospice care services since 2006.

Nightingale House Assisted Living adequately bridges the gap between independent living and skilled nursing home facilities. When thinking about how to pay for care, assisted living facilities are generally less expensive than nursing homes. Residents are encouraged to participate and use our ample gathering spaces including a magnificent sunroom to stimulate residents socialization and engage in different activities.

 

There are a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to move about; ramps for wheelchair mobility; electric with back up battery-operated lift chair;  2 large Sitting rooms with HD televisions; a large modern kitchen and dining room spaces ; a library of past contemporary books; a lovely sunroom for nature watch of deer, squirrel and many visiting birds.
